Phillips County Economic Development is a 501(c)(3) Organization founded in 2001. Our primary stakeholders are Phillips County, Town of Haxtun, City of Holyoke, Town of Paoli, and private citizens interested in the economic viability of the county. The composition of the board brings a wide range of expertise to economic development within the county. We are a nine member board comprised of individuals representing all parts of the county along with 1 full time director.
